As I wrote the tittle of the post the words “I love it when a plan comes together” came to mind. I’m sure a lot of you will remember Colonel Hunibal (spelling) of McGyver (spelling) fame. Now there was a well unstructured and ill-disciplined team. But even with them, when push came to scuff, they stood together like the best of military units. When there was work to be done everyone knew what to do.
